Perdi Paradise is a two-bedroom, two and a half bath Purple Parrot condo with a great location and updated furnishings. This Perdido Key cottage style condo is just steps away from the 5,000 square foot/150,000 gallon outdoor oasis swimming pool, yet still offers the privacy you long for on your vacation. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, access to the large front balcony, a TV with a built-in DVD player, and its own private bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, access to a smaller rear-side veranda, and also features its own private bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa, LCD TV, half bath, and beach toys for the kids! Additionally, you'll enjoy free wireless internet while staying at Perdi Paradise. If you long for a place to look forward to returning to each year, then we are sure that you will love this exceptionally decorated Two Bedroom Villa!!! Returning guests please note that this condo was formerly called The Sea Robin and The Lily Pad.

Baseball Tournament

This was an excellent place to keep our baseball team together. They enjoyed the pool, volleyball net and sand. The adults enjoyed the Tiki bar as well. We will return to this location if we play in the area again

Just what we needed

This is our third time staying at the Purple Parrot and second time staying in this particular condo. The condo has everything we need. It is just a few steps away from the pool and tiki bar, which we love. Looking forward to our visit next year.

Everything is very nicely updated in this unit that size TVs everything's good except maybe would put double beds instead of twins in the extra bedroom but overall great unit great state nice screened in front porches. A-

Will stay here again

This condo is in a great location, close to the pool. It had everything we needed (except a full-length mirror, but that's not a deal breaker). It was clean and the beds were comfy. The shower in the master bath was AWESOME with an overhead shower head and a regular shower head. I thought I read that there was a place to rinse feet off, but we didn't see it anywhere. We ended up using the neighbor's. Again, not a deal breaker. We will definitely stay here again.

Furniture & beading pretty much worn out .

The pictures looked much better than actual property. Sofa, chairs, mattress on beds are pretty worn out. Not comfortable & $3 foam pillows on beds were not good either. It’s decorated pleasing, but just not comfortable because of wear.

Good news! This condo changed hands and the new owner has completely redone the interior. All new furniture, installed 3 fans on the deck, and new paint too! AND the entire resort has had the roads redone as well. They were gravel and now they're paver roads. Looks great!
