The room was just clean enough. Definitely suffered from deferred maintenance. Staff at the hotel was great! Casino was not busy and the slots were good. Had good variety. Fee I paid up front was supposed to include resort fees. I even double checked direct with the host. Had to cough up another 56/night at check in. And room was supposed to have mini fridge. It did not. Never heard back from the host about these issues. That was frustrating and disappointing.

The room was slightly dirty . Blood stained carpet , torn curtains, restroom dirty with human bodily fluids on the toilet seat . My best suggestion pay a bit more money and get a better quality Hotel .

Our room was clean enough, but definitely a lot of deferred maintenance. Was promised, in writing, that the resort fee was included in total price I'd already paid, but then had to pay another $56/day at checkin for "resort fee". There was no mini fridge, even though I was promised there was one. When I complained to Belvilla about the fees and missing fridge, I got "we're looking into it" with no resolution. At the end of the trip when I inquired about how they would resolve the fees issue and missing fridge (we had some food go bad that we had planned to refrigerate) I was given a phone number to contact to discuss my complaints.

This property with name doesn't exist and this is part of OYO hotel, which that's the first scam, second after you check in they ask for the resort and parking fee which already was included in the payment that I made which is the second scam. The team was very rude and unprofessional, the hotel not clean at all and absolutely not worth to go and spend your money there. I wish I could give them 0 stars, 1 star is too much for them. Expedia should be more careful what properties they are losing or maybe they are part of the scam.

Es ist preiswert, wirkt daher etwas abgenutzt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, aber es ist sauber mit geräumigen Zimmern, bequemen Betten und einer schönen Dusche. Die Klimaanlage war uns etwas zu laut, und wir konnten nicht herausfinden, wie man sie ausschaltet, sodass sie die ganze Nacht brummte, aber insgesamt war es für den Preis trotzdem ein tolles Angebot.

Außerdem gibt es mehrere Tische mit 0 Einsätzen, während die meisten anderen Lokale nur 5 Tische haben.

Eine tolle und preiswerte Unterkunft. Ich war anfangs etwas unsicher, ob ich buchen sollte, aber die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als einer Nacht wird das Zimmer nicht automatisch gereinigt, aber man kann jederzeit frische Handtücher, Müllentsorgung oder alles andere, was man braucht, anfordern. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Steak 'n Shake, ein Café, ein Hooters und eine Lounge. Die Lounge bietet kostenlose einheimische Biere an, was für Vegas ein super Angebot ist.

Ich hatte das Zimmer mehrere Monate vor unserem Urlaub reserviert. Mir wurde ein Raucherzimmer zugewiesen, obwohl ich ein Nichtraucherzimmer angefragt hatte. Der Service war etwas langsam, und die verschiedenen Gebühren und Leistungen des Hotels wurden mir nicht klar erklärt. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich auf jeden Fall nach einer genaueren Erklärung fragen. Ich würde das Hotel empfehlen, aber es ist wichtig, seine Bedürfnisse genau anzugeben. Das Essen war absolut köstlich. Ich wäre gerne schwimmen gegangen, aber meine Reise war zu kurz. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Zuhause angekommen, bemerkte ich, dass ich meine Geldbörse und meine Schlüssel vergessen hatte. Als ich anrief, um sie abzuholen, war das Personal zunächst nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Nachdem ich jedoch meine Bedenken geäußert und nach einem Manager gefragt hatte, wurde endlich etwas unternommen. Ich hoffe, das Personal sammelt mehr Erfahrung im Umgang mit Anfragen und der Kundenbetreuung. Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass sich der Service dadurch verbessern wird. Das Zimmer bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht.
