Your Property:

This large Junior Suite with NO balcony features 1 full bathroom, kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator, sink, microwave, and Keurig K-Cup®️coffee system (No stovetop).

Your stay includes full access to resort amenities (7 pools, 2 poolside bars, restaurants, gym) and concierge services. Two daily Lapis Spa passes, providing entry to the spa's renowned immersion mineral jet baths, eucalyptus steam rooms, essence 75 foot indoor jetted coed pool and guest shower/locker facilities are also included in your rate. (Spa treatments are available for an additional charge).

Bed setup: This suite has a king size bed and one full size pull-out sofa sleeper. A rollaway bed might be available upon advance request for an additional charge of $60/night plus tax.

Please note hotel charges NOT included in the rate (3% processing fee for any charges paid by credit card to housekeeping or our private concierge):

1. Mandatory check-out cleaning fee at flat, low price of $150 for Junior Suite and $175 for One-Bedroom Suite (paid to our private concierge at check-in).

2. Hotel transient rental fee of $16.52 plus tax per suite.

3. Check-in after 7 PM is subject to a $75 plus tax per unit late check-in fee, charged directly by the hotel. (Check-in past 12 midnight is subject to the hotel late check-in fee plus additional private concierge fee of $45). If you expect to arrive after midnight, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Be sure to include your estimated arrival time (ETA).

4.⁠ ⁠Mid-stay cleaning option is available upon request at the cost of a flat fee of $75/cleaning. Advance notice is required to our private concierge for mid-stay cleaning requests.

5. In our efforts to protect the environment, we encourage guests to reuse towels and limit extra requests to help us save water and energy. For stays of three nights or longer, additional towels can be provided upon request.

6. Additional amenities package available for purchase through our private concierge for $20 (includes 4 water bottles, 6 coffee pods, 6 coffee creamers, 10 sugar packets, 10 sweetener packets, 6 disposable coffee cups, 1 dishwashing detergent, 1 laundry detergent and 3 dishwasher pods).

While these events create an energetic resort experience, they may also bring higher guest volumes, increased activity, and limited restaurant availability. We encourage guests to review the hotel's event calendar or contact the hotel directly for details prior to booking. These events are planned and managed exclusively by the hotel, and the host has no control over scheduling or any temporary changes to resort amenity access.

Guest Access:

Your reservation includes resort fees (at $100+ daily value), giving you full access to the hotel's amenities, including the pools, private beach, fitness center, restaurants, and more. You'll also receive two complimentary Lapis Spa facility passes (a $200 value) to enjoy the spa's luxurious mineral jet baths, steam rooms, co-ed pool, and guest showers/locker facilities.

Complimentary pool wristbands are included for guests—up to 4 wristbands for Junior Suites and 5 wristbands for One-Bedroom Suites. Additional wristbands may be purchased through the hotel for $100 each on weekdays and $200 each on weekends (subject to hotel policies and availability). HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check-in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out.

Late check-out requests must be submitted the night prior to your departure date).

Our Management & Cleaning: We are proud to offer a professionally cleaned space serviced by an elite off-site team (independent of hotel staff). For any housekeeping needs, please message us directly on this platform. We appreciate your advance notice, as off-site deliveries take a bit of time.

Sustainability: We supply a generous amount of premium towels for your stay. In our efforts to protect the environment, we encourage guests to reuse towels and limit extra requests to help us save water and energy.

Continuous Care: To ensure a wonderful stay, our maintenance team diligently services the home between guests. Please note that as a frequently enjoyed property, damages, wear and tear may occasionally be present.

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests. Prices are subject to change.

During your stay, you may notice some ongoing construction as the Fontainebleau continues its resort enhancement project, which is anticipated to remain underway through the first quarter of 2027. Due to this project, you may experience some noise and activity in front of the Sorrento Tower. This multi-year investment includes redesigned pool areas, new water features, and expanded family-friendly experiences.

While select pool areas and cabanas may be temporarily reconfigured during various phases of the project, the resort has introduced enhanced beach amenities, including additional lounge seating, games, and activities, to ensure an enjoyable guest experience. Signature and casual dining venues may also adjust their operating hours periodically to best accommodate guests.
