The foyer opens up to a grand and spacious living/dining area filled with natural light from the wall of windows, beautiful Indiana limestone floors and open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The living room features a new 65" Smart TV. The large gourmet kitchen, perfect for the chef at heart, includes upscale stainless appliances including an extra large Subzero refrigerator, two sinks, Keurig and two coffeemakers, two dishwashers and a wet bar overlooking the dining area.

A first floor master suite includes custom cabinetry, private Gulf front balcony, walk-in closet, and a room-sized, spa-like master bath with “wet room” featuring a rainfall shower and garden tub. The master suite also has a new 55" Smart TV.

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, two with private Gulf front balconies, and a sitting area overlooking the first floor and open to gorgeous Gulf views. All decks and beach walkways have Trex composite decking. Unobstructed killer views! Gorgeous home laid out so well for families. We all had our own wing. I really loved the downstairs 2 half baths for the family when we were trying to go shopping or to dinner. This house has everything! Owners really go the extra mile with the dishes, serving platters, high end everything! We also really loved the beach chairs and toys that were available downstairs. Easy wash off with the hose on the back porch. Just a stellar property and we will soooo be back!!!!

Beautiful beachfront home

This house was fantastic and was well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything you could ever want. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and beach towels, although the chairs were in pretty rough condition.

Spacious, safe, immaculate, awesome location. 10 min from grocery and loads of restaurants and take out. (Our favs were Lao Ocean and Founder’s Chowder House). Beach was white sand gorgeous, clean, and not crowded at all - lots of space for the kids to run around. Condos and hotels were far enough away down the beach so you didn’t have to deal with a lot of people or noise. This was the best stocked house at which we have ever stayed, not just kitchen appliances and such, but also beach towels, chairs, body boards, sand toys, 2 bikes, even spices, solo cups, paper plates, shampoo/conditioner, ziplocks, Tupperware, garbage bags, and a ton of wonderful books!! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Don’t hesitate to rent this home. It’s awesome.

One of the finest homes in Pensacola Beach

Lots of great things to say, so I'll summarize a few things and point out the only two negative aspects as well. The home is very well maintained and has everything you could possibly want, with the exception of one thing. Everything is of the highest quality, from the doors to the A/C. The architect was obsessed with lighting. There is an insane amount of lighting and switches, and the current owner has installed high quality halogen lamps nearly everywhere. If you have the time to learn and appreciate it, you can achieve high-end restaurant quality illumination in every room. The only problem we had is that a dog has soiled the carpets in the upstairs bedrooms and the slight background odor was unmistakable up there. I highly recommend to the owners to rip and replace the carpet in those rooms ASAP. The only thing we wanted during our visit was a covered patio. The existing small covered patios are not roofs, they are the deck boards of the top floor balconies, and rain comes through. So there is no place to enjoy being outside during the daily afternoon showers common to the area, and any towels or other things left outside get wet. Given that this is a $5 million property, a $100,000 renovation to create a roofed-in deck patio would add tremendous value. Regardless, we have rented a lot of high-end homes in Florida, La Jolla, and Turks and Caicos, and this is probably the most comfortable and well designed home we have ever occupied. We especially appreciated the brand new dune walkover straight to the incredible Pensacola Beach. Highly recommended.

The house is perfectly located and comfortably decorated. Had a lovely holiday and cooked a great Christmas day meal in the well equipped kitchen. A bit surprised at the plastic plates and glasses. Upgrade to stoneware and proper stemware please. Also, could use a new set of non-stick pots and pans.
