If you are looking for a design, modern and quiet place, with a sea view in a green area, not far from the beaches, forest, shopping, good restaurants, golf, water sports, tennis court, and so on, this is your location !
Twenty minutes drive from the Aimé Césaire Airport, our property has got 3 spacious bedrooms for five people, 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets and 1 independent toilet. The kitchen opens on the sitting room, with design sofa and armchairs, and also a TV.
The sitting-room opens on a large terrace where you can have lunch on a table for eight people, and enjoy a great view on the sea, particularly on the 3-Ilets small islands and on the wood of Vatable. A 35 m2 salted-swimming-pool allows you to relax, drink a rum punch after a day out , and admire the view on the sea ! You can also decide to take your meals on the large table set in the 70 m2 of the swimming-pool space, which is a shared space.
Your host who lives nearby the swimming-pool space, will be pleased to help and advise.
It is an ideal place to get to the South or the Center of the island.

Petite maison jolie et cosy
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait: la maison est bien aménagée et avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont très confortables et la petite piscine très agréable.
Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois par nos logeurs: fleurs sur le lit, panier garni de bienvenue... Ils ont été adorables et très disponibles si besoin.
Enfin la localisation est très pratique pour faire des excursions en voiture sur tout l'île, prendre la navette maritime pour Fort de France ou passer la soirée à la Pointe du Bout.
Rien à redire, allez-y les yeux fermés!

Très bon accueil et proximité des propriétaires agréable.
Le logement est très bien, la voiture est indispensable. Pas de vue sur la mer,mais terrasse agréable.

Ainsi, l'accueil à l'aéroport, le diner à votre arrivée, les tisanes locales, la dégustation de cocos et autres fruits du jardin etc, font partie de l'accueil que nous avons eu le plaisir de vous offrir, le bien-être de nos vacanciers faisant notre satisfaction. I was born in Martinique, so I am french but I also love speaking English.I am a dynamic and positive person. I like meeting people from different places, so this is one of the reasons why I have decided to rent my house's first floor. I love travelling, reading, gardening and design. I also enjoy walking in the forest of Vatable next to my house and swimming - we've got so many beautiful beaches -, going to the cinema close to the place, and listening to music are also my hobbies.

- The location is situated in a very good social environment: it is a very quiet place.
200 meters from the location there are 2 supermarkets;
- within 300 meters there are shops, a very good baker, a wine shop, etc and not far, 2 drug stores.
- Within 400 meters, there is a Marina where you can take the ferry to the capital city, Fort-de-France.
- At 5 minutes by car, there a modern cinema called TDS.
- At 5 mn you can drive to the Pottery Village ;
