GRISLAND POOL STUDIO

A functional studio apartment with a bathroom and kitchen that were completely renovated in 2020, located in the "Illa de Roses" Residential Complex. Located on the 4th floor of the Llevant Building, it features the following layout: a terrace overlooking the canal with the sea visible in the background; a living room with a two-person sofa bed and two single beds in a bunk configuration, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs for 4 people, and a small kitchen with two burners, a sink, cabinets for kitchenware, a refrigerator, and a microwave; a bathroom with a shower, which includes a top-loading washing machine; and a built-in closet on the left as you enter the studio, ideal for storing beach gear. The studio is equipped with a split-system air conditioner/heater (inverter).

The kitchenware is basic but includes the essentials for a short-term stay.

The studio has Wi-Fi at no additional cost.

Ideal for those looking for functional, affordable accommodation!!

This year, the pool will be open to the public from June 1 through September 30. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEE TO USE THE POOL.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
1) Community pool and tennis courts (seasonal).
