Welcome to this country house in the heart of Chianti, famous for its unspoiled nature and idyllic landscapes. This apartment offers a perfect combination of modern comforts and rustic Tuscan charm, with exposed beams lending an atmosphere of authentic rural elegance.



The ground floor apartment has direct access to a private terrace and garden. It features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with twin beds, and a bedroom with a private bathroom. Every corner of the apartment has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind.



Outside, you can enjoy your private dining area or gather around one of the large barbecues in the communal area. The landscape invites you to relax under the umbrellas of the fenced-in pool, the ideal place to cool off on hot days (the pool is accessible from April 12 to October 18).

We had a wonderful time, Serena and her husband were amazing hosts and are super warm-hearted. Thanks to the air-condition in the bedrooms we were sleeping very well. The pool was spotless and the view one of a kind. If you stay here, your vacation will feel like a romcom. It‘s the perfect location to explore Tuscany. I can only recommend to give it a try :)

We had a wonderful time with our family (two sons, ages 11 and 15) at Serena’s place with her family! The pool on the property is lovely, and it’s great that each family has its own spot, so there’s no hassle with umbrellas and chairs. The water was also nice and clean. The accommodations are just as described, and we had a bathroom for each bedroom. Serena went above and beyond to help us plan our day trips, such as to Florence or San Simignano—that really saved us a lot of hassle and research. Montaione (with its restaurants and supermarket) is about a 10-minute drive away, so it’s very convenient. All in all, we had a wonderful week and would love to come back again!

​We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place to everyone! ​From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The entire place was sparkling clean and fresh. The surroundings are absolutely magical—beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for truly unwinding. The fantastic pool area quickly became our favorite place to spend the days, and in the evenings, we really appreciated having several great grills to cook delicious meals on. As a wonderful bonus, there were also some super-cute cats on the property that brought extra joy! ​Thank you for a fantastic experience—we’d love to come back
