Welcome to our splendid poolside Tiny House, located in an extremely quiet and private area, yet convenient to all amenities. The location is also ideal for easy access to Lake Garda's main amusement parks and the Peschiera del Garda train station. "The First" is a small retreat designed for those who want to experience unique moments in total relaxation and privacy. Despite its "Mini" size, the house offers all the comforts for a refined and quality stay: every space has been carefully designed, with custom solutions and refined details, to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience.
You will find: free Wi-Fi, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and iron; a ground-floor living room with garden and a furnished patio with a table for 6 and an outdoor sofa. The upper attic floor, with exposed beams, there is a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding a third bed) and a bathroom with a multifunctional shower. Air conditioning is provided.
