About this property

Lakefront cottage on Lake Bourget

Wake up to a view of Lake Bourget in a cottage where the water almost laps at your terrace. Inspired by Hortense de Beauharnais, who once came to Aix-les-Bains in search of a leisurely lifestyle, this retreat embodies the art of vacationing between the lake and the mountains.

You’ll have four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals. The private terrace overlooking the lake becomes your haven for sunny breakfasts and peaceful evenings.

Outside, enjoy direct access to the lake for swimming and a shared sauna with a view of the water, perfect for recharging after an active day. The surrounding nature invites you to relax and enjoy moments of calm.

Hike to the Dent du Chat for spectacular views, explore Chanaz—nicknamed “Little Venice”—or climb to Le Colombier for a 360-degree panorama. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are nearby, and La Jetée restaurant is just 100 meters away for meals by the water.
