In this carefully renovated log cabin, you can experience a genuine Swedish countryside stay, where traditional architecture meets modern comfort. The peaceful environment, free from disturbing noises, offers a perfect retreat for those seeking peace and quiet.
The wide floorboards upstairs and traditional materials create an authentic atmosphere throughout the house. The wood-fired sauna is a natural gathering place where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding forest while the fire crackles, and wood for the sauna is included. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels are also provided during your stay.
The cottage is surrounded by a well-kept garden with an impressive vegetable patch, where you can harvest fresh ingredients for your meals according to the host's instructions. There is plenty of space for both relaxation and outdoor activities.
The location is perfect for nature experiences with hiking trails along the river, berry and mushroom picking in the forest, and fishing for trout and grayling. In winter, nearby ski trails and slalom slopes beckon, while the historic stone town of Sundsvall, just 6 miles away, offers culture and good food.
