Here, you'll stay just five metres from a dramatic limestone quarry with views of the sea and Fårö. This car-free area is surrounded by water on three sides and offers a unique play of light depending on the weather and time of day. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and stunning nature in one of Gotland's most beautiful corners.



The cottage is completely modern and built of wood both inside and out. The open floor plan creates airy rooms where you can stream content online. The cottage is 60 m² and features a wooden deck outside, along with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.



The property features Gotlandic crushed stone with a fence facing the road. From the wooden deck outside the house, you'll have a lovely view of the surroundings. The dramatic, hilly landscape offers both seclusion and sweeping vistas.



Hike in the Ojnare Forest or swim from the rocky and sandy beaches within walking distance. Bike or drive 20 minutes to the Ingemar Bergman Museum on Fårö. The area features two restaurants and a swimming pier. You can also explore the crystal-clear waters of the nearby limestone quarry.

This location is truly unique! An old limestone quarry and factory turned in to a sommer home community and restaurant and bar, it’s like a setting for a film. Really magical. The nature is stunning. And our host Göran was so helpful, always responded within minutes and super friendly to us. The cottage is small but has everything you need and more and the view from the garden and through the living room windows is absolutely breathtaking. The only thing that didn’t work for me was that this peninsula is a real hipster hangout. Nothing wrong with that, it is just not my thing. We had a grand time though and can only recommend this place warmly
