This charming cottage from 1974 is full of soul and is located just 300 meters from a fantastic child-friendly beach. There's no TV, but books and cozy corners invite you to spend quality time with family and friends.



Inside, the house offers a bright family room with a new kitchen and a fireplace insert for year-round coziness. The large terraces offer perfect nooks and crannies for all hours of the day, and the covered west-facing terrace is ideal for evenings - whatever the weather. The house offers plenty of space for relaxing and socializing.



Outdoors, you can enjoy the 2,200 square meters of natural grounds where deer and hares are frequent guests. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy life outdoors with both a fire pit and a sheltered shelter that invites you to stargaze and experience nature up close.



The area offers more than just beach and nature. Take a trip to Bønnerup and discover local cafés and an excellent fish shop, or visit the nearby ice cream parlors for a sweet break. Fjellerup town offers shopping opportunities and a large playground that will delight younger guests.

Wonderful!!! The wooden deck with its various seating options is great. The floor-to-ceiling windows running the length of the living room make you feel like you’re sitting in the garden…the garden is large, untamed, and beautiful. Everything exudes a sense of peace and coziness. You immediately feel “at home”!
