The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom with a tub. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. This condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and is supplied with all the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans,dishes,utensils). This condo is one of the few that is equipped with a washer & dryer inside the unit for guest use. The patio area has been incorporated with the living room and you can slide open the patio doors to feel the warm tropical breeze if you wish! The Palm Bay Club is a perfect place for a private get-away, family reunions, honeymoons and family vacations.
