Location: Two-story townhouse located along the famous Costarella, a historic fishermen's stairway that connects the town's historic center to the beginning of the seafront. Just 100 meters from the historic center and 200 meters from the Spiaggiola beach!

Separate entrance level: living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette with washing machine, dining table and chairs.
First floor: double bedroom with balcony and ceiling fan, bedroom with bunk bed, and full bathroom with shower.
Attic available.
The house has a private courtyard.
