A charming, character-filled cottage just a 10-minute walk to the beach and the heart of Milford on Sea. This spacious period home blends original features with modern comforts. Inside, you’ll find beautifully styled, large rooms and a stunning garden designed by a renowned local expert—perfect for relaxing on the sunlit terrace. Available for a limited time only!
The house offers 3 bedrooms. Upstairs, the master boasts a secret en-suite with huge walk-in shower, twin basins, and loo. The second bedroom also has its own en-suite with bath. A third bedroom on the top floor shares facilities with the other two. Downstairs includes a cosy sitting room with a TV nook, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a utility room. French doors open to the terrace with seating, BBQ, and wood oven—ideal for alfresco dining. A peaceful garden retreat just a short stroll from the vibrant coast.
