The house is located 200m from the lighthouse, between 2 and 3 'walk from the various beaches, 10' walk from the port, 20 'by car from the train station and Quimper airport, 2' walk from the stop Quimper bus.
The property consists of two houses, including the owners, rarely present in the rental period. The two houses are sufficiently spaced to preserve independence and tranquility.

Quiet position, yet close to town's amenities

Located in the town so easy to walk to local amenities, yet its position within the grounds of the owners' larger house provided privacy and quiet. Although not her principal home, Joelle was present during the first few days of our week's stay and could not have been more helpful. A very enjoyable week although the weather was somewhat changeable.

Très agréable maison et emplacement central parfait.

La maison a été décorée avec beaucoup d'originalité, elle est assez originale et ouverte sur un agréable petit jardin, tout cela en plein centre ville à proximité des commerces, de la plage, du port et des animations ! Elle demeure malgré cela complètement au calme en étant un peu en retrait. Le confort est appréciable hors saison : chauffage de qualité par exemple. Un emplacement auto est disponible si nécessaire. Enfin, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la qualité et la diversité de l'équipement ménager. A souligner aussi la très grande propreté. A conseiller donc en signalant que l'étage est sous un toit en pente et qu'on ne peut se tenir debout qu'au centre.

A recommander sans aucune hésitation. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et discrets, la maison très agréable et bien équipée, le jardin clos un petit paradis pour nous et nos toutous. La maison est idéalement située à deux pas des plages et des commerces. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

So wohl haben wir uns noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung gefühlt

Uriges Haus mit ausreichendem Komfort und wunderschönem Garten und einer reizenden Gastgeberin. Aber im Hochsommer wird es unter dem Dach wohl sehr heiß, wir waren froh im Mai da gewesen zu sein, wenn die Nächte das Dach noch auskühlen. Die Betten haben französische Maße, aber gute Matratzen. Die Lage ist ruhig, das Haus von der Straße kaum zu sehen, die Ausfahrt aus dem Parkplatz gewöhnungsbedürftig, Hoffentlich kommen wir nochmals zurück, dann vielleicht in einem September.

Maison idéalement situé à Benodet

Maison très agréable à la déco très soignée sur le thème de la mer. Tout est accessible à pied, le marché, le cinéma et les petits commerces du centre. De plus le jardin est vraiment très sympa, possibilité de faire dès barbecues.

Charmantes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen, man ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß an zwei Stränden und bei Restaurants. Vor dem Haus liegt ein hübscher Vorgarten mit Hortensien, Bäumen und Büschen. Das Auto kann in der Einfahrt geparkt werden. Das ganze Haus ist charmant im Thema 'Meer' eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, alles verlief sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt dort verbracht.

La maison est bien équipée et très bien située dans Benodet, style maison de vacances bord de mer, idéal pour se ressourcer! le jardin est également charmant! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nos hôtes nous ont bien accueillis! Tout petit bémol sur les literies un peu molles à notre goût (mais les goûts et les couleurs ;-))

Un lieu très calme, propre et très proche de la plage

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Bénodet. Madame Brelot nous a gentillement accueilli et répondu à nos attentes. Une bouteille de cidre nous attendait au frais pour notre arrivée. La maison est très proche de la plage. Nous avons donc peu utilisé notre véhicule. Même si le beau temps n'a pas toujours été là, nous avons bien profité du jardin.

Très bon séjour, maison agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison à la décoration marine. Sa situation dans Bénodet est idéale, à 200m des petites plages sur l'Odet et à 450m des grandes plages. Avons très peu utilisé la voiture que l'on peut stationner dans l'allée. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Propriétaire disponible et discrète. Encore merci pour la bouteille de cidre, cela fait toujours plaisir quand on arrive d'avoir un petit cadeau d'accueil!

Coup de coeur

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable. La situation est parfaite, à 2 pas des commerces et des plages (très pratique, la cabine de plage !). Le jardin est magnifique. La vue du phare ajoute à la sensation de sérénité et de calme.
