As you step into this 1,057 Sq. Ft. 1 bed, 1 bath located at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach you will immediately feel luxury and nature combined. Master bedroom has a king bed with soft silky linens, and a nine foot long maple desk. Bathroom has luxurious towels and toiletries. In the living room you can enjoy lounging on your plush white sofa that also converts into a queen bed. Kitchen is fully stocked. Balcony has double daybed and table for two. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Weekend getaway

The place was amazing. We have stayed here before and love having the space of a one bedroom and a balcony. Danny our host was great and made check in and our stay perfect. The hotel has great pools, gym and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Great weekend trip

I have stayed at this property over 5 times and enjoyed it every time. Consistency and Cleanliness are key. Also, enjoy the rooftop pool and bar. The kitchen and linens are also a plus when staying at this location.

A few days in Miami

My family and I had a great experience staying in unit 1227. Camille was fantastic from the time of booking until after check in. Always available via text to answer any questions. The apartment had all the amenities you could want such as a great toaster, two coffee makers, microwave, cooking untensils, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. We had a fantastic stay! Thanks!

Classy and Comfortable

We stayed in the One Hotel Residence for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of One Hotel; 3 pools, beach club, rooftop restaurant, etc. We used the hotel car to get to various South Beach restaurants and enjoyed the easy walk back due to its great location. We had a little problem with the TV and got immediate help to resolve the problem.

Magnificent Winter Break!!!

We had the most amazing vacation. We’ve been coming to South Beach for many years. Five Star Luxury Travel is the best agency. Don’t think. Just book with them. You won’t be disappointed. Everything is as advertised and their service is excellent. Our room in the 1 Hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Adriana and Danny are extremely responsive. Enjoy!

Relaxing Getaway

I recently stayed at this unit for a weekend getaway and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm smile from the friendly receptionist who made the check-in process seamless. The room was immaculate and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the room had a stunning view of the city skyline. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible.

El apartamento está ubicado en el hotel 1 south beach, que es hermoso y está muy buen gestionado. La propiedad donde me alojé estaba impecable, es espaciosa y cómoda. Tiene de todo. La empresa brinda rápida respuesta a cualquier requerimiento. Solo una sugerencia: sería conveniente agregar un estante en la ducha para que shampu y gel de ducha no estén en el piso, es incómodo. Sin dudas volveré.

One hotel Condos

The condo is great except if you need the pull out couch!! Ouch. Like laying on cardboard. Terrible experience. Even the rental bed from family rentals was bad as well. Better for just 2 people.

We had such a wonderful time we extended the trip an extra day. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for my teenagers but very few sofa beds are comfortable. Definitely would stay again!!!

Better experience in the past

My husband and I have rented properties at the 1 before we have had wonderful experiences with the host being there to greet us the residence desk being so kind and accommodating at check in. This past stay at the 1 went differently. The man at the desk barley wanted to speak with me when I told him I had rented a property and showed him my rental with my confirmation number and I couldn’t reach my host. Apparently this was a self check in but the host did not contact me to make me aware prior. The man said to me well you should stay in the hotel and not residence side we have nothing to do with this. I stood there with my 3 children and said is there anyone you could call don’t you have a contact for this property that I knew they rented out all the time. After a lot of back and fourth he picked the phone made a call and within in a minute the host told him it was a self check in. I could not believe the way I was treated. Not a good way to run a residence unit on both ends. We love Miami and the 1 hotel so the stay turned around but my husband and I were very turned off upon arrival and the rest of the day. I would plan things differently next time around because it was not the experience we were use to having. Jennifer H
