Great location but the property has lots of issues. Vents are badly placed near external downpipes s

Great location but the property has lots of issues. Vents are badly placed near external downpipes so constant noise through them amplified by feedback from downpipes. Poor internal sound insulation e.g tv in adjacent room very loud until 2am, no one to contact to ask guest to reduce it. Issues with keyless entry with no contact available to resolve it.
