New raised beach house with peeks at the ocean from upstairs. Four bedrooms, three and-a-half baths. Large kitchen, balcony. Pool in neighborhood - just a few houses away. Easy keypad access. Master - king, 2nd master- Queen. Bedroom 3 Queen, Bedroom 4 - two twins, 2 Coleman cots. Under-house storage for larger beach items or golf clubs. Outdoor shower. So close to the airport, 2 miles to Market Common. 4 miles to convention center or Broadway at the Beach/Pelicans Stadium. Great south end location. Convenient to lots of golf courses!

Clean, quite and a wonderfully charming place. April is a great host and frequently checked in to ensure there are no hiccups. We loved the place and close proximity to all things in a beach town. Would love to come back again

Great location and house

We were here for the Carolina Country Music festival - first time - and it was amazing. The kids enjoyed the location, the pool, the beach and the spaciousness of the house. We will be back next year!!

Rainbow Row meets The Strip

We enjoyed the property. Plenty of space and beds were comfortable. It's about 10 minutes from activities at Broadway at the beach. Bathrooms are little dated with no full showers but overall it met our families needs for a short stay.

Family Reunion

Beautiful house in ideal location. Across the street from the beach and short drive to attractions on boardwalk. Four siblings and 2 spouses reuniting after 3 years. Spacious bedrooms and living area made for a great time for all of us.

LOVED IT!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and easy to be in, and I felt secure. One small minor issue that the owner notified us even before we got there, and it was fixed quickly. A nice, short walk to the beach which was quick and easy! We will be excited to stay there again!

Very comfortable and convenient to everything

Family friendly

The home and location was great. Home was kid friendly as well. Description of home did not address parking. We had to purchase a $50 parking pass for use of a parking meter due to the number of adults with cars in our party. The $50 pass covers 7 days but we only needed a few days. If you're unfamiliar with parking meters, the pass was the most efficient way to go, however staff with Reef Parking was very rude and unprofessional. Home was clean, however, living room furniture was stained and very used. Overall the space and closeness to the ocean made for a great stay.

Great Place/Location!

We stayed here for my girls National Dance Competition. It was about a 7 minute drive to the convention center and a 2-3 minute walk to the beach (one street separated the beach from the house!) and plenty of places to eat close by. Broadway was only about a 10-12 minute drive, so tons of things to do all within 15 minutes of each other! The house was clean and had all the amenities needed! I did write in the guest book that I recommended having some blackout shades/curtains for the bedrooms. The blinds were thin and the outside lights shined through, so it was a little difficult to sleep, especially if you like it dark (like I do!). Also, I didn’t write this in but a hose for the outside spigot would have made it a lot easier to wash off beach items. Overall our stay was great and relaxing! Thank you for letting us use your home for the week!

Nice house, walking distance to beach but...

The overall property is great but upgrades and easy fixes are needed. Towels and bedding need to be replaced, they are worn out. The washer dryer are inside a closet upstairs. Nice but trying to slide the doors each way to get to them is difficult. Just remove the doors. They didnt supply enough trash bags or toilet paper. Also, no pizza pan. All complaints are minor and if fixed would make it 5 stars. Property is not walking distance from the main pier and events. It is only a block from the beach. Beach is alcohol free... but you could use a yeti and be fine. Neighbors are bad. Noisey at night, lots of street noise.

Looks Great but Major Concerns

Upon first arriving to the property, it appeared very clean and taken care of. The owners did a great job decorating and making the place feel cozy. However, a few concerns should be mentioned. The first issue was the insane amount of sand on the floors of the home. After ten minutes of being in the home we were cleaning. A quick sweep of the floors remedied the issue. So I question whether the cleaners did this before our arrival. The second issue was the amount of cockroaches in the home. They were only noticed downstairs in the living room, master bedroom and bath. On the second night I woke up around 2 am to use the restroom. When I entered the restroom a large cockroach crawled out from under the towel on the floor. Needless to say I was paranoid the remainder of the trip. Every time I went into the bathroom or the bedroom I was worried about cockroaches. At night, I had to keep all the lights on downstairs to keep them at bay. After we left the property, my boyfriend confessed that he killed six cockroaches but didn’t want to tell me as he knew it would have made my anxiety worse. On our last day a cockroach fell from the ceiling vent in the living room which caused a lot of screams and hair shakes. Thankfully, we were leaving.

Nice Getaway

We came from Wisconsin for a beach vacation and this was a great place to do it. We didn't rent a car, which made getting food and whatnot difficult the first night we were there, but after exploring a bit more it was totally doable. We were able to explore the city as a whole easily with ride sharing and could take a stroll to the beach in minutes. Great trip!

Love the location

Loved the house an location was perfect, clean an kept up nice. April the property owner was very communicative, answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. Only complaint an has nothing to do with this property, there is a new owner of a different property when you first pull in an she is a very unpleasant individual l. She complained an called the cops for us an fellow neighbors for playing Cornhole after dinner, even Myrtle Beach PD laughed about it. Other then that which didn't bother me none, would definitely stay here again an plan to next year in September.

We purchased a home nearby in Murrells Inlet after a golf trip in 2005. We started coming here for winters for a few years, before finally relocating from New Jersey. We love the area and everything there is to do here. The golf is fantastic!

What makes this property unique

The best part of this house is that it is large enough to invite the WHOLE family. With two master bedrooms, no fighting over who gets the better room.
