Exceptional Property

This was our second time staying at this home and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house has everything we need in a vacation rental. Roomy accommodations, an amazing kitchen and, our favorite, the outdoor Lanai and pool where we spent most of our time. Amazing Vacation Rental

I would give our stay here more than 5 stars if I could. The house itself is big, beautiful and well equipped. We stayed for 6 weeks and couldn't have asked for anything better. We were able to entertain family and friends who all were so impressed with the house and pool. We spent many days relaxing by the heated pool and enjoying meals on the covered lanai. Melissa was absolutely wonderful to work with and quickly attended to our every request and need. We would most definitely rent this property again. Just a beautiful experience all around.

This home exceeded our expectations. A large open floor plan that has sliding glass doors out to the large enclosed lanai, it is extremely clean, and the owners provided all the comforts of home. Located in a quiet, gated community centrally located to all near by attractions, highways, airport, beach, shopping, restaurants, movies, etc. The owners were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The country club, pools, and activity center were all kept immaculate. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful and there were nice walking paths for our pups throughout the development. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in SouthWest Florida. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful well equipped and spotless home that would be ideal for family of four or two or three couples etc. There was just two of us so we really didn’t use the two front bedrooms or dining area but the open design and separation of bedrooms is ideal. The kitchen area, outdoor living area and master bedroom were where we spent most of our time; that is when we were not in the pool. The pool was so nice and ideal that I actually measured it for future reference. I would use those dimensions if I were to buy or build my next home! It is absolutely gorgeous and everything surrounding this property is as well. It was fun to walk around and neighborhood is full of nice friendly people. Our hosts went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I hope to be back if circumstances allow.

Truly Wonderful Hosts and Property

This is our third time renting this property so, obviously, it is our happy place. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe the home and the hosts. The house is beautiful and has everything we need. Our time is spent on the lanai and in the amazing heated pool. We find it all so very relaxing. The hosts, Melissa and Adrian, are so very gracious and accommodating. We can’t imagine better hosts. We look forward to coming back as often as possible.

Wonderful place to stay

This was the most organized and convenient house I have ever rented. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everyone one could possibly need. All materials were excellent In quality. The location was close to airport as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were very helpful in providing information about the house and the area. The pool was beautiful. Everything you could want and need for a fabulous trip.
