Several swimming spots are located along the water. The climbing park at Vassendlandet features a barbecue hut, a fire pit, and a designated swimming area, and is free for everyone.
Hiking trails up the hill offer views of Randsfjordvegen, and the hike is well worth it for both the scenery and the terrain. The area is well-suited for families with children and those who want to combine swimming, fishing, and hiking through forests and fields.
