Great location

Condo in a quiet gated community with very a nice pool and fitness facility. Residents very friendly and helpful. Location is great for golfers with many courses near by. Restaurants and shopping very close. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great location

Great location for restaurants and sporting events. Friendly people in the condo community. Pool was great but not heated until February. Grounds well maintained. Communication with the owners was great..Any issues we had Sue promptly took care off.

Absolutely Amazing!

We had the best stay, my girlfriend, son and I had an amazing time. We had easy access to all stores, nothing was far away and right next to us. If anyone is looking to stay somewhere visiting Arizona, or just wanting to stay somewhere in the meantime, I 1,000% suggest you stay here. Beautiful place and was crystal clean with everything you need cooking wise with plenty of room for family. I could only put 5 stars but if it were up to me I would add 5 more!

Great location

We travel to AZ in March to golf and visit family. This location was 10 minutes from both. Close to many golf courses in Sun City and Sun City West. It is within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants.

Beautiful, clean , stocked with everything needed

This property is super clean, well maintained, has everything you will ever need to feel right at home. Close to shopping, close to restaurants and very close to baseball stadium. Way better than staying at a hotel. Beautiful furniture. Sue is extremely helpful with any questions you might have. Nothing better, no need to look elsewhere.

Winter Get Away

Condo is in a gated,well maintained complex. Second floor unit, very little noise from neighboring units. Very nice fitness facility and heated outdoor pool. Easy check in process. Sue was quick in responding to our questions regarding wi-if and gate code. Very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable condo in Surprise

A very comfortable place to stay in Surprise. Great pool and workout area. Close to Cactus League baseball stadiums. Miles of hiking trails in the White Tank Mountain Preserve a few miles away. Several grocery stores close by. Condo complex is secured via passcode gates. All in all, a very nice place!

Disappointed!

The tubs were gross.I'm surprised that you would rent it out like that.The grout was rusty and milduey. The vacuume was chucked full of dirt and lint and fuzz like it hadn't been emptied in years.I suggest you check out your cleaning lady.

Marvin, we feel surprised & disappointed by your response. We communicated with you througout your stay. You finally mentioned the tub and grout nearer the end of your visit when you wrote, "the caulk is a distraction from the otherwise very good condition of the condo." We always offer to fix anything needing attention as soon as it's mentioned as we did with you but you replied we could do it after you left. You should have mentioned it at the beginning of your visit. This hardly warrants your four rating! We have found a new cleaning company and appreciate yout comment. The grout and the bathrooms look perfect now!

Location Location Location!!!

10240 Park Place Condos! What a wonderful place to spend the month of February. The accommodations are very upscale and the friendliness of everyone in the condos is awesome. Sue is a terrific landlord! She worked with us in setting up our stay and kept us well informed all throughout the process. She was a phone call away the day we needed her and she left us be to enjoy our stay. The location of the condo is fantastic. Close to everything you want to do and still private enough to enjoy your space.

Great location, reasonably priced,accommodation had more items available than expected

Would highly recommend this property, quiet neighborhood but close to every kind of shopping and restaurants and close to the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals stadium. Also major roads in the north part of Phoenix area in Surprise.

Perfect size!

We stayed here for over a month while waiting for our new house to be ready. It was a very comfortable stay for my husband & I and our 2 girls. Sue was great with communicating when we needed a couple of things. Would definitely stay here again.

Safe neighborhood, nice complex

The apartment was comfortable and nice. The hallways have just been renovated with new carpets and paint. The pool is often empty and a nice way to relax. Gym has minimal equipment but is good for cardio. Only downside is amazon cannot deliver to the complex unless you are home to answer the door, however there is an amazon locker approx 5 mins away you can use.

We own several units at Park Place. We appreciate it' s wonderful amenities and it's closeness to recreational facilities including golf courses in nearby Sun City Grand. We like the friendly residents as well.
