Separate entrance apartment in the building 250 m above the sea, 3 km from the coastline (5 km by road). The stunning 180° view ranges from the Batumi panorama, the airport runway, and the Chiorokhi River estuary at the bottom of the mountain to the Cross and mountain landscape view towards Turkey.
This place has no A/C and that is for a reason - it is extremely rare to be hot here. Mountain altitude and the sea side of the hill provides enough of breeze to cool the place naturally in the hottest summer time.
Separate apartment with private entrance 68 m² in total consist of a 28m² living room + kitchen zone + workspace, 4m² bathroom, 16m² bedroom, and a huge L-shaped 20m² balcony with terrace furniture to enjoy the fabulous panorama view. Radiator heating (water), and 3 ceiling fans. Mountain location defeats the need for A/C even in the hottest days. Gas stove, range hood, TV, washing machine (shared), parking.
