AN EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION: in the heart of the vermeille coast, Collioure at 8 km, very close to Spain 15 km from the border (Figueras, Cadaquès ...), Perpignan at 40 km, the city center with its port and its beach , or the small preserved Troc Pinell cove at 10mn by foot, and the thalassotherapy center at 50m, (spa, whirlpool, treatments subject to payment possible per day).
Banyuls remains an authentic site, with its markets, its numerous activities, its museum visits, coastal path, cellars ... A preserved place. Balls, concerts every summer evening, the noise does not bother, the residence is slightly removed from the center.
Free parking of the residence without reservation at the foot of the residence.
Town center and port 10 minutes on foot or free bus. Also € 1 bus to Port-Sell, Collioure, Argelès, Perpignan and Cerbères. (bus at the foot of the residence).

Logement très agréable qui bénéficie d’une très belle vue sur la mer. La Salle de bain a été refaite à neuf, la literie est récente, le logement est climatisé. Bref, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Ne manque que 2 transat pour profiter pleinement du joli balcon..mais bon..Je recommande !!

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans cet appartement. La vue est top. Quelques rafraîchissements seraient nécessaires, un peu plus d'ustensiles/couverts en cuisine seraient mieux et les lits de la chambre sont un peu usés mais dans l'ensemble c'est satisfaisant.L'accueil et la remise des clés étaient parfaites.Merci

Het appartement is prima. Erg mooi uitzicht. Slaapkamer is erg klein. Weinig ruimte. 300 borg is wel heel veel. Moet in cheques of contant. De wifi is vooral 's avonds erg slecht. En 5g is er dan ook niet.

Séjour parfait à Banyuls

Nous avons passé deux semaines fabuleuses. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, au calme en cette saison sur les hauteurs de la ville et très bien situé pour visiter la région. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée dans l'appartement (merci Lysiane) avec de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Nous retenons cette bonne adresse si toutefois nous revenions dans la région. Corinne et Yves

Banyuls

Bon séjour agréable, très belle vue sur la mer, sur le centre de thalasso, appartement bien équipé, seul bémol, le lit en 2 parties et les matelas pas très confortables, et les casseroles a remplacer, canapé obsolète aussi. Dans l'ensemble on peut dire que c'est correct.

Nous revenons sur votre appréciation qui nous surprend quelque peu. En effet, les matelas ont changés il y a 3 ans, mais ils sont à mémoire de forme, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Quand au clic-clac "obsolète" je vous précise qu'il a été acheté neuf chez un professionnel à Argelès en juillet 2023. Les casseroles ont été remplacées. Vos remarques sont les premières !!

Sejour trés agréable

Appartement très confortable ,les couchages sont de bonnes qualités , une vue mer extraordinaire ,pas bruyant. On peut descendre au centre de Banyuls à pieds en 10 minutes ce qui est appréciable ...Pour remonter un peu plus dur car l’appartement se trouve sur les hauteurs de la station ;-) ;-) mais néanmoins tout a fait faisable .Merci

Fantastisch uitzicht

Kleine flat, voldoende voor 2 personen. Balkon gelegen op het noorden, goed voor hete dagen. Er is in alles voorzien, daardoor zijn alle kasten vol, waardoor we onze eigen spullen niet kwijt konden, dat omvat de keuken, slaapkamer enz.

mon sejour à banyuls

location fonctionnelle,très propre,avec une vue à couper le souffle,sur la mer. par contre,(bien sur cela me concerne personnellement)pour aller à la plage:le Troc est assez penible d'accés quand on a un certain age. pour moi, toujours, les autres plages: navettes ou voiture. Sinon, dans l'ensemble, on s'est régalé. merci pour la réception, super sympa. Personne très dynamique et avenante. on a beaucoup apprécié.

superbe vue et bel appartement

nous avons passé une superbe semaine, appartement identique à la description, très confortable et très propre , vue magnifique, se lever en voyant la mer le matin c'est merveilleux, le seul bémol c'est le stationnement pas toujours évident d'avoir une place devant la résidence, les propriétaires sont adorables très à l'écoute et la personne qui nous a reçu très gentille, vraiment je conseille cette location!

Super séjour

Très bel appartement, moderne, fonctionnel, bien équipé, tout à fait conforme à la description sur le site. Vue magnifique sur la baie de Banyuls. Situé sur les hauteurs mais néanmoins proche du centre de Banyuls, petite ville très agréable, calme, propre et animée. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité de l'accueil et le suivi de la location. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Super séjour à Banyuls

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Banyuls, l'appartement, propre et bien équipé est très agréable avec une superbe vue sur la Baie de Banyuls et la mer Méditerranée. Il est, de plus, idéalement situé à proximité du centre de Thalasso. La région est magnifique avec d'innombrables ballades à pied ou en voiture.

" Accord parfait "

Comme en musique c'est " l'accord parfait ". Conforme au descriptif, la vue depuis le balcon terrasse est magnifique. Très confortable et calme c'est un vrai plaisir de prendre ses repas face a la grande bleue. Accueil chaleureux par Madame D......... qui, en cas de besoin, est à l'écoute de vos éventuelles demandes. A retenir pour de futurs séjours.

Très agréable séjour du 5 au 19 septembre

Bon accueil. Appartement équipé à neuf dans résidence calme ; vue encore plus belle que sur la photo. 10 mn à pied pour se rendre dans Banyuls jolie station balnéaire où il fait bon flâner en bord de mer. Nombreuses randonnées sur le sentier du littoral. Tout près de la location bus qui vous conduira pour 1€ à Port Vendres, Collioure ou Argelès et jusqu'a la frontière à Cerbère et qui vous permet aussi de faire une boucle lors des randonnées. A 45kms en Espagne promenade à Cadaquès. Bonne connection internet. Contacts téléphoniques sympathiques avec les propriétaires.
