About this property

A large cabin on the outskirts of Tromøya, with Raet National Park as its closest neighbor.

The cabin is located 300 metres from the Skagerrak coast, at the top of the sand ridge that runs along the coast. It lies 100 metres outside the boundaries of Raet National Park in a landscape conservation area, with a mix of holidaymakers and permanent residents. The area features idyllic, traditional Sørland cluster farms. There are swimming opportunities in both freshwater and at nearby sandy beaches and rocky shores. There are also many hiking opportunities around the cabin: trails on the island and along the coast.

The cabin is approximately 100 m², built in 2008 and completely renovated inside in 2019. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two separate beds each. In addition, there are two separate living rooms, both of which have a double sleeper sofa. In total, there are 10 sleeping spots. The cabin has a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a fireplace for cold evenings. The 50 m² terrace faces south and offers ocean views.

There are four parking spaces assigned to the cabin.
