Just 2 minutes from the M2 subway line, you can visit all areas of Milan using only public transport.

There are numerous bars, restaurants, pubs, and tobacco shops near the property.

The space
We’ve switched cleaning companies, hired new staff for communications, and changed the lock to make access easier.
The apartment is very bright, with a modern design that will make you feel right at home. The neutral colours create a relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is divided into: a living room, kitchen, bedroom area, bathroom, and balcony.

-Living Room: features a sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa suitable for 2 people, where you can relax while watching a film on Netflix thanks to the provided Smart TV.

-Kitchen: fully equipped to prepare your favourite meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob, pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, plates, sink, kitchen utensils, and a coffee maker.

-Bedroom: featuring a large double bed and a closet where you can comfortably store your clothes.

-Balcony: private, perfect for enjoying a great cup of coffee with your partner or friends.

-Bathroom: equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, sink, hair dryer, a washing machine available for your use free of charge, and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is located in a building with an lift and offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the internet without interruption.

The apartment has independent heating.
Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

*A €100 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR LOST APARTMENT KEYS.*

DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER! YOU RISK BEING UNABLE TO ENTER!

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of 15€ per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only 20€.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
