Traditional Stone House in Kissos Vilage

Welcome to our traditional, stone-built mansion in the beautiful village of Kissos on Mount Pelion! Nestled within a lush 800-square-meter estate, our home offers the ultimate sense of privacy and comfort, while being just a 2- to 5-minute walk from the village center, where you’ll find the main square, taverns, cafés, bars, grocery stores, a bakery, a large parking lot, and the bus stop. The location is truly ideal for any time of year, as it is just 15 minutes away from the Ski Center and 15 minutes or more from the most beautiful beaches of eastern Pelion, such as Mylopotamos, Plaka, Lampinou, Agioi Saranta, Agios Ioannis, and Fakistra, and is surrounded by beautiful neighboring villages and numerous hiking trails.

The property consists of two fully independent levels connected by an external staircase, offering exceptional privacy for large groups or families. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a fireplace and two sofas, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a large terrace with a wonderful view. For sleeping arrangements, this floor features a large bedroom with a king-size bed, its own fireplace, a closet, and a desk, as well as a second bedroom with a king-size bed and a large closet. Downstairs on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, another large bedroom with a king-size bed, a closet, and a small desk, as well as a second bathroom with a shower stall.

The experience really comes to life outdoors, where the large garden and the ground-floor courtyard feature an outdoor dining area and a barbecue (BBQ), creating the perfect setting for relaxation and meals surrounded by nature. As for parking, since the village is traditional, there are two options: either in the village’s central parking lot (a pleasant 4–5-minute walk) or right below the house, via a narrow, uphill paved road.
During your stay, the house will be exclusively yours. Although we’ll be away, we’ll always be at your disposal and available 24/7 by phone or text for anything you might need. Furthermore, should any practical issues arise, our two hospitable neighbors live right next door and are eager to help, ensuring a carefree and authentic Pelion-style hospitality experience!
