Two double bedrooms (no sofa beds) and a 2 bathroom setup. The living area has a dining table for four, a sofa, and a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, glassware and utensils. There`s a workspace and wifi.

IMPORTANT Please note the property is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply. The rubbish must be discarded at its dedicated location.
