This is a delightful 2 bedroom cottage with magnificent sea views from every room. The watch room has wonderful panaromic views reaching from Bass Rock all the way to Fast Castle and a seascape that stretches out to Norway.
The location of the cottage affords direct access to the Southern Upland way and overlooks the track leading down to Cove Harbour. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, divers or just those wanting to get away from it all.
The cottage has:
2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and view/dining room
There is a small patio garden at the rear of the house which catches the evening sunshine
The cottage has a very modern electric storage heating system with underfloor heating in the bathroom and viewing room. There is a wood burning stove in the living room.
The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, TV and DVD player. There is free internet access.
