Beautiful property. Loved open floor plan with beach colors that brought the outside in. Great porch - perfect for coffee, sunsets and watching wildlife. Beds are very comfortable and the beach towels were appreciated. Unit is just steps to pools, gym and the beach. Host was responsive and enabled an early check-in and extended stay.

Clean and comfortable unit. Blue Mountain is one of our favorite areas and beach view was beautiful. It was a quiet week between Spring breaks and summer with perfect weather. The walk-in shower and fluffy towels were appreciated. Communication with 30a Vacay (host) was exceptional. We never used the bikes as we chose to walk on the beach, read, nap, and repeat. This unit is ground floor at the beach access which was fine for us.

Good rental, great location on beach

Loved our trip, baseboards, air vents, grout etc needs a good cleaning other than that great place to stay, loved the easy access to the beach. Would definitely book again. There was construction going on on surrounding condos but that didn’t affect our trip at all.
