Fully fitted and equipped Kosher kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, toaster, filtered hot and cold water and full size fridge freezer. Extremely large horseshoe shaped terrace with table and chairs to seat 12. 2nd lounge area on the upper level with sofa, TV with cables and DVD player. Includes a comfortable sofa-bed if 7 persons are required.

Brand New En-Suite bathroom to the master-bedroom. Newly renovated family bathroom with shower unit and a separate guest toilet.

Such a great location! Very spacious and extremely quiet! The outdoor space was so enjoyable!

Wonderful apartment, amazing location!

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. It was a perfect size for our family of 5 and each of our 3 kids had his own space. The apartment was extremely well appointed, there was nothing that was missing. The noise level from outside was much better than other places we've stayed, specifically in the bedrooms so that was great. Finally, the location is unbeatable. We will definitely come back.

Duplex with roof terrace

We had an amazing time staying in the Condo. It was clean, close to the beach & everything worked (wi-fi, air conditioning and tv remote). The instructions were easy to read & follow. The roof terrace was unexpected and a welcome retreat after a day at the beach. Austin was an amazing host; responsive, attentive & easy to deal with. We hope to book a stay in this Condo on our next visit to Israel.

Perfect Place to Enjoy Tel Aviv

The apartment met all our expectations: Perfectly located, nicely furnished, spacious and very clean. The kitchen and the four (!) bathrooms were well equipped. The roof terrace was our favorite spot. The area itself is central, but quiet, and so are the other tenants at the house. A designated parking spot is essential, another plus. The agency was very helpful and reacted promptly both regarding the reservation and the check-in. The only downside were the thin windows, letting the cold and noise from outside (garbage pick up very early in the morning etc.) inside as if there were no windows. However, we would definitely book this nice place again and highly recommend it.

Great Tel Aviv apartment/location

Perfect area to stay in Tel Aviv-2 blocks from Gordon beach and a short walk to almost all the sights in the city. If you are a good walker you can walk anywhere from here-we walked to Sarona Market, Jaffa, etc. The apartment is very nice-3 bedrooms on first level, a pull-out couch with full bathroom on upper level, and an amazing rooftop terrace. We spent some time everyday on the terrace, relaxing, drinking wine--the terrace has its own refrigerator and kitchen. The main kitchen is great and very well stocked. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms on the main floor-easy for everyone to get ready. Austin who manages the apartment is great--something was missing from the apartment and he came and over-supplied us with what we needed. He is very attentive and responsive. I can't imagine a better place to stay in TA with a family or other groups looking to share an apartment.

Very Nice, Clean Apartment, Short Walk to Mediterranean Sea, Would Definitely Stay There Again

This is a great, clean apartment. We would definitely stay there again. Location is great, near stores and just a 5 to 6-minute walk to Gordon Beach on the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Gary, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive. The 3 bedrooms have ample storage space for clothing, coats, shoes, etc. The beds were comfortable. The three and one-half bathrooms were great to have. The living room-dining room-kitchen area was spacious and well-furnished. It also had plenty of sunlight. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies needed to enjoy our stay. Upstairs is a nice den with TV, with sliding doors to the tremendous outdoor space, which has two separate seating areas with nice outdoor furniture, as well as an outdoor kitchen. Off-street parking was good, though the gate to the parking lot was sometimes tricky to operate and keep open. It appears almost impossible to find on-street parking in this neighborhood so the off-street parking was essential. Wireless internet was OK, not great. Our only complaint pertains to the washer-dryer. The washing machine is oddly located in the back of a small closet on the first floor. The washing machine took a long time to wash clothes. The dryer is on the second floor, on the deck, in the outdoor kitchen. The drying cycle also took a long time and the dryer would frequently blow a circuit and shut off. We finally realized that we had to shut off the hot water heater when we used the dryer. This is odd and hopefully will be addressed by rewiring (hot water heater and clothes dryer should be on their own circuits). But all in all this is a great place.

Large & modern - great location & amazing terrace

Very well furnished and clean - bedrooms and bathrooms lovely ( better than the photos show )Used the roof terrace alot to relax and also the roof kitchen. Had all we needed for a perfect holiday Location is fab - a trendy area with lots of cafe and supermarket over the road yet minutes away from the beach. Will come again
