This quirky property is nestled between the Aire and Calder navigation canal and the River Calder with access to many wonderful walks and cycle routes. The local pub is just a short stroll over the bridge where you can enjoy pub grub and a pint .The cottage has a large fully enclosed rear garden making it perfect for your four legged friends.
With a fully equipped kitchen leading into a fabulous large and open plan living space featuring bifold doors opening onto a patio area . For outdoor relaxing there is patio area with BBQ for alfresco cooking
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a larger bathroom with a claw footed bath tub and large walk in shower. You will also find a generous bedroom with a king bed and a spacious 2nd bedroom with 2 singles overlooking the canal
Perfect location for peace and relaxation but still only a few minutes drive into Wakefield or a bit further afield Leeds
