There is NO air conditioning but we have ceiling fans and portable fans
We provide starter paper products (note: we are not re-stocking these products for the guest whole period of stay)
One assigned parking space, and a 24-hours visitor's parking with permit…. NO BACKING IN! Garage clearance: 6 feet and 4 inches height

Laundry area in the building; need laundry card or can be paid by credit card via phone app.
BBQ Area, 2 Pools, Hot tub, Lounge Room, 2 Pool Tables, Gym, Koi Pond, Putting area, lots of green area, and Ping Pong Table.
Gym hours: open daily from 6:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M
Close to fishing on the pier and just a short walk to the Harbor where you can enjoy all the little shops and? delicious? restaurants. Walking distance to Historic Downtown, movies, shopping night life.
