Spacious Mountain View Property with no Snow!

House sits on a beautiful parcel with an amazing view of Superstition Mountains! Plenty of room inside and out! It is quiet, spacious and a perfect place to hide out from “Old Man Winter”! Only a couple miles away from numerous hiking trails into the wilderness and private access to trails right from the house!

Must love horses, but not required to have horses. Neighboring property is a small very well kept seasonal RV campground that caters to retirees/vacationers who bring their horses from the cold country to enjoy riding on the trails in the warm AZ sun!

The house is fully furnished and is 1,920 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 offices, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Central heating and cooling, Streaming TV ready, WiFi provided through satellite dish, BBQ and two covered parking spots.
Owner is always available to help with any questions or needs.

We thought Josh's place was really great! It was much bigger than we expected, and nicer than the pictures depicted. Josh was really easy to communicate with, check in and out was simple, and having a washer & dryer was really convenient. It was also nice to have some staples provided (laundry soap, dryer sheets, coffee & filters, ziplocs). The location was really quiet when we were there mid February. We would definitely stay here again!

Best decision we made

This property was fantastic. I am so glad we found it when we made the choice to leave Minnesota for the rest of the winter. Josh was a fantastic host! When the internet went down he got it fixed same day. It was a perfect work from home vacation spot. Internet was fast and reliable and there was a spare room to use as an office. Country enough to be away from the crowd, but close enough to town where even Walmart delivered. Trails to walk on around property and a large park just down the road. Hope to return and explore more next year.

Amazing!!

This is one of our all-time favorite vacations. The home and setting are beautiful, peaceful, accommodating, feels rural but you’re close to everything, and the views are splendid, the wildlife is fun to watch. I had never seen a roadrunner or quail before. Josh is attentive to anything needed and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was hard to leave.

Apache Junction Stay

We were looking for a place that wasn't in the middle of the city and had some room to move around, and we found it! What a lovely space and the view was fantastic. It's country living with the perks of being close to anything you need. Josh the owner was there to meet us when we arrived, showed us around his lovely well appointed house. House was exactly like the pictures showed, even better. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We even met some of the neighbours camping nearby with their horses, lovely people. We were 100% satisfied and hope to return.
