"Casa de Valdemar" is a colonial-style mansion set in a beautiful and charming property, full of character, surrounded by a park of ancient trees and a landscaped garden of 2.5 hectares. It is beautifully restored and very well equipped. Meals in the garden (Al Fresco) next to the barbecue are very pleasant. The property has two buildings: - The mansion, with 8 spacious and welcoming bedrooms, all en-suite. 7 bedrooms with two single beds, one of which has a cot, and also one with a double bed and a cot, bringing the total to 16/18 people in the mansion (no more). - In the second building, between the main house and the pool, there are 4 duplex mezzanine apartments/studios, all en-suite with a double bed and a third single bed if needed. All with air conditioning. *Please note that you can rent only the main house or the main house with all or part of the duplex studios. If only the main house is rented, all studios will be closed. If you rent the main house and some of the studios, the remaining ones will also be closed. In other words, if your group is larger than 16/18 people, then you need to rent some of the four duplex studios and you only pay for the ones you use.
