Enter the unit on the first floor where both bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, private outdoor patio with amazing views, and a private ensuite. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The second, full, shared bathroom is also located on the entry level, along with the private, in-unit washer and dryer.
The living room is located on the second floor, and opens out onto a balcony with breathtaking views and a private gas BBQ. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a wood fireplace, large sectional sofa, and flat screen Smart TV. The fully-stocked kitchen is also located on the second floor and is furnished with a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishware, cookware and utensils for up to 8 guests. Enjoy meals at home with family and friends, eating around the full-sized dining table (seats up to 6), and additional seating for 2 at the kitchen breakfast bar. The upstairs loft serves as the third bedroom, and has 4 Twin beds, 3 standard Twins and 1 pull-out Twin trundle bed, perfect for the kids.
Located in Phase I of Snowcreek, and just a short walk to the golf course.This condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces.
This unit is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. We have a one time, $75 per pet fee / per stay.

Love the location right on the meadow which is a wonderful place to walk the dogs - tho this unit is closer to the main road than others we have stayed in. Well equipped kitchen, good bed in master bedroom. Mattress in 2nd bedroom not very comfortable.
This is a beautiful property! It was so relaxing to be so close to the meadow and creek. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. We especially liked the waffle maker! The beds are very comfortable which is important to all of us.
The unit is very spacious, it fit our group of 6 with no problems. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are AMAZING! Will definitely consider staying there again.
We had a great ski trip. The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Just a short walk to the Red Line shuttle stop. I will keep this location saved for future trips.

Location is perfect, close to town, yet the creek in the backyard makes it feel like you’re away from everything! Back deck was perfect to drink my coffee every morning. Just wish upstairs balcony was a bit larger. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has most everything you need. Bring coffee(not kcups) for the coffee drinkers! We would definitely stay here again in the future!
Absolutely wonderful! Great location! Everything is walking distance and also drivable. They unit was fully furnished and very clean. Me and my family loved it and will definitely stay there again.

We had a great trip. This condo was in a great location close to the lakes. It was clean and accommodating. I would change a few things in the condo however.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy. Great location and only minutes away by car to the village and grocery stores. My only concern with having a one year old were the stairs in the living room that led to the entrance which is located downstairs. Also, the master bed was the hardest bed I've ever slept on which made the sleep uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed the stay with my family.
The property was as advertised. It was warm and inviting. The condo was clean and ready to live in when we arrived. The unit is close to Vons and other shops. The grounds crew cleared the walk and drive way daily (fresh snow).

Old, worn out, smelly, dated property with lots of hard wear. Beware of host with 14-item list of fines and fees. Dilapidated furniture and stained wood walls. Not actually pet friendly. Much evidence of prior pet damage to get blamed for. Be sure to take photos and videos on first day to avoid being charged for pre-existing damage. Great location but not this unit or tract.
My daughter and I came to Mammoth to do some hiking and enjoy the Fall weather. Right behind the condo is a lovely meadow with a walking path and a clear sparkling stream. In the evening it got chilly so we made a fire in the wood burning fireplace. We had everything we needed for cooking and we slept very well in the comfortable bedrooms. We hiked Convict Lake, the June Lake area and visited Bodie- the gold mining ghost town. The weather was beautiful and mid to high 60's during the day. It was a thoroughly relaxing vacation.

We just got back from the most epic Mammoth trip we've ever been on. it was two families, my brothers, his wife and kids, myself, my hubby and two kids. We stayed at this location and couldn't have been happier. The condo was cozy, clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could need away from home. For our family of 8, it never felt crowded or loud. Each kid and couple had their own bed. The unit was situated on the lower level with a beautiful creek/Mountain View right near the town walking path perfect for the dog. The primary bedroom had access to a nice open area along the creek where the kids had an epic snowball fight after the storm passed. We hope to stay here again! The only advice would be to bring your own condiments if you plan to cook at home which we love to do. They only had salt and pepper but otherwise 10/10 place!
