Great place to stay

Great place to stay. We came here for our honeymoon because we heard such great things and it did not disappoint . The place was in a great location, beautiful views and very clean. The pillows were very small and not great but other than that I highly recommend!

The condo had everything. The resort is in a great location and we will stay again. Midway vacation rentals make everything easy from check in to area info. This unit is directly over the pool and people are out there until 10pm every night so we will rent a different unit next time but we will be back.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the bakery onsite. The one thing I would recommend is a larger frying pan. Making eggs in the morning was a bit of a task with such a small frying pan. Other than that it was great. thanks.

Amazing Customer Service

The room was amazing and the view even better. Kyle and his team were very responsive and demonstrated a level of customer service I rarely see. Due to miscommunication on my part there were questions about the reservation be cancelled, Kyle responded assisted in addressing the miscommunication. He went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter and I had a relaxing trip. I recommend utilizing Midway Vacation Properties.

We enjoyed our stay. No surprises. The place is what we expected. The TV's are huge, the kitchen had everything we need, and the room looks over the pool. The Zermatt is very nice and has a great wellness center. It was a great location for us. The electronic key locked us out on the last day prior to check out time. It was a little hard to solve that issue through the call center. Other than that, everything went well.

The condo unit had everything we needed. However, the lockbox didn't work and the key to get into the spa/pool area didn't work. I finally figured out that I could walk to the main entrance lobby and go through the hotel to get in. I sent an email and spoke with someone on the phone but no one helped me reactivate the key.

I love being there. Kyle, Petra & Jim are so accommodating & please everyone. All employees are friendly. I do feel u need another washer & dryer in the laundry room. The Bakery is wonderful but the cafe, I will call it needs much improvement. I have stayed in the hotel area several times before moving here & it was wonderful. Know u are updating the Villa areas & like the new carpet. More up to date. The alarm system goes off easily & does become frustrating. First time I rented 3088 which I love, it went off I believe it was 3 times & this time twice. All & all I love 3088 & the people that make it worthwhile, Kyle, Petra & Jim. Thank you!

The Zermatt Villas are our go-to when we visit Midway. Great location, facilities and walking distance to the State Park and downtown. See you next time!!

Amazing

Absolutely love this unit! The fold out couch bed is actually a blow up mattress so mu boys enjoyed sleeping there! I love how close it is to the pool! The bed is very comfortable and had everything we needed for an awesome weekend!
