Slope side top floor (3rd Floor) Park City Mountain Resort condo. Ski-in/ski-out with views of the slopes from your balcony. 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeps 8 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, and sofa bed).

Fully stocked kitchen with granite counters (dishes/utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig, tea kettle, blender, toaster, crock pot and more). Beautiful slate tiled entry and gas fireplace.

Large flat screen TV in living room and additional flat screens in each bedroom.
Free Wi-Fi and cable and underground parking. Laundry facilities located on same floor as unit.

Numerous on site amenities including hot tubs, indoor/outdoor heated pool, fitness center, sauna and steam room.

Convenience to restaurants, pubs, shops, and ice rink all at your doorstep as well as the free city shuttle bus which will take you to all Park City venues.
Just added AC to the condo! Great place to get away for the weekend! Great Biking ~hiking~outdoor concerts!

Please be sure to have the PARKING TAG on the bulletin board. Replacement fee is $300
Please leave TV's with the HDMI connections as was when you arrived. If you used your own personal gaming device or Go Pro device please be advised there will be a $50/ reconnection fee applied.
If pull out sofa used ~ Please remove all bedding & deflate the aero bed prior to closing up the sofa bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
