The fully equipped kitchen combines modern functionality with a warm design, featuring an oven, stovetop, microwave, wooden cabinetry, and tiled walls. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a home-cooked dinner, you'll find everything you need.

Step onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet moment outdoors. The space is furnished with a small table and chairs, creating a pleasant spot to relax.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, providing a peaceful retreat with plenty of storage. Quality linens are provided for a restful night's sleep.

The modern bathroom includes a refreshing shower, heated towel rack, and ample storage, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 4th floor, including the private balcony. An elevator is available for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Braga, situated in a peaceful residential area with convenient access to the city center. Guests can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the neighborhood while being close to cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and local services.

Braga’s historic center is easily accessible, where guests can discover Braga Cathedral, Praça da República, Santa Barbara Garden, and the charming historic streets. The iconic Bom Jesus do Monte and Sameiro Sanctuary, surrounded by beautiful green landscapes and offering panoramic views, are also within easy reach.

With its convenient location, this is a great base for discovering Braga’s rich history, religious heritage, local gastronomy, and traditional Minho atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stops are approximately a 2–5 minute walk from the property, with regular connections to Braga city centre and surrounding areas.

Braga Train Station is approximately a 10-minute drive from the property, offering regular connections to Porto and other destinations in northern Portugal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
