Crescent Siesta Key is an upscale condo property in the heart of South Siesta Key. It is a 10/10 for walkability! Everything you need is close!

This property is a quiet and secure location. Great for families with young children or grandchildren, and older adults. If you are looking for a place to be loud and party, this is not the place for you! Please tell me a little bit about your group, so I know who will be staying in my unit. There is strict enforcement of maximum occupancy of 6 guests per unit (including children and babies) and a 7 night minimum rental period (14 nights in March). Please thoroughly read through the agreement forms.

A spacious, vacation-ready condominium awaits you. My unit has a recently updated, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, an induction cooktop, Kuering and full coffee pots, and a large pantry, including many spices and oils. It has an open floor plan and very spacious living areas. I provide everything you need for a wonderful vacation. All linens, including beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen with spices, oils and all essentials needed to feel like home. There is both indoor and outdoor dining areas for family gatherings with a partial gulf view from the lanai.

The bedrooms are large with generous closet space. The back bedroom has 2 queen beds, a walk in closet and an extra large bathroom with dual vanities, a soaker tub, and a walk in shower. The front bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a Toto Washlet. Washer and dryer are in the unit for guest use. The property boasts two outdoor pools and a beachside jacuzzi. Both pools are heated to ~84º There are complimentary chairs and chaises for Crescent guests to use on our beach and a beach concierge if you would like to rent umbrellas or cabanas for your stay. There is a gas grill for guest use on the pool deck. Grill tools are provided in the unit. A fitness room with a large outdoor patio is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Two covered parking spaces are included with this unit.

My unit is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival to ensure a top notch luxury experience for your vacation peace of mind. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery, bike/boat/recreational rentals and much more! There is a TESLA Level 2 charger on property for guest use.

The registration fee charged to all rentals at Crescent is to ensure that you will experience an exquisitely maintained property and grounds in a beachfront condominium. A property registration form is required to be completed upon booking.

Please wash and dry ALL beach towels that were used the day before departure. Any used linens should be placed in tub or in front of washer.

Report any stains, spills, tears, breakage, etc to owner via text prior to leaving unit. Send pictures if possible. Stains on linens can be treated with hydrogen peroxide or SHOUT prior to check out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property requires a Registration Form and Rental Agreement. It will be sent via DocUSign shortly after booking. It must be filled out completely.

Loved our stay here. The property was extremely clean, incredibly stocked with anything you could want and in a convenient location across from shops, bars, restaurants and the free trolley stop (1 block).As mentioned in another review, the front bedroom gets a little noise from the music at the bar across the street some nights until 10pm or so but this was not a big issue for us.We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Everything is labeled so it is easy to find what you need. Mary Johnson was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to any questions. The condo is located near many restaurants and easy trolly ride to the Siesta Key Village area.

The condo was amazing in terms of location on Crescent Beach, the cleanliness, the amenities and the condo itself was amazing. The owner, Mary, really has thought of everything, which really made our stay feel like we were at home, while staying at a luxury condo on the beach in Siesta Key. I was in contact with Mary several times via VRBO and text and she was quick to reply and always accommodating. I would definitely stay in this condo again in the future. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the condo. Wonderful stay - Perfect location

The description of the condo was accurate and it is right on the beach. Condo was completely furnished with everything we needed for our vacation including beach towels. Everything was labeled and the condo was very clean. Restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and grocery are right across the street which is so convenient.

The place was nice and exceptionally clean. We have stayed at multiple places in Florida and the floors always seem to make your feet dirty, but this place did not have that issue, which was a first. We spent a lot of time on the patio at night and loved the furniture. Beds were comfortable and owner was friendly and made sure everything went well. The location was great because it was by several restaurants. The insulation was great because there were bands playing and you could not hear anything from the inside. The pools were nice and they were quick to respond to a hot tub that was down for less than 24 hours, which is amazing. I would highly recommend this condo complex and this specific unit.

Great location & clean!

Beautiful condo and perfect location to get dinner at local restaurants or get ice cream with the family. We did many dinners at the condo on the beautiful lanai with a built in grill also. Mary had every drawer labeled and provided many extras! Can’t wait to come back!

Loved it!

We had the best stay! The host had thought of absolutely everything you could ever need! Even had a trinket dish to put my earrings in. This would easily be a good place to stay if flying. We all commented how nice the sheets felt. Its in a great location, we were able to walk to dinner, rent an umbrella and have a front row seat to the best sunsets! I especially loved having our designated private beach and only 3 rooms on our floor. We had plenty of space and good size tvs too!

We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 40 years! We absolutely love it here and hope to spend more time here in the future. We live in Wisconsin, so it is a welcome escape during the winter. It is also a place that is full of life and a beautiful beach. We like to run, bike, swim, hike, paddle-you name it! We know you will love it as much as we do! We like to spend time here and have made it our second home. You will benefit from all the amenities that we keep on hand for ourselves and for our guests. Such as a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Please let us know if we have forgotten anything!

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You cannot beat it. Our property is right on the gulf and across the street from everything else! And yet we are far enough off the street to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere without the noise from the busy-ness across the street! You can walk to everything you need-bars, restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, gifts shops, boat/bike/kayak/jet ski rentals, grocery and more! And the building manager is extremely friendly and helpful!

What makes this property unique

My unit has many extras that others do not supply. Such as spices, cooking supplies, private outdoor grill and mini fridge, beach towels, coffee supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, first aid and more. You will not be disappointed and will want to return again and again!
