Enjoy all the character and comfort of this beautiful 2600 sq ft Log Cabin with spectacular views of the surrounding National Forest and Great Sioux Sacred Tribal Land, Pe' Sla, a sacred meadow in the Black Hills where according to the Lakota, Dakota, and Nakota peoples it is "the heart of everything that is." It is central to their creation stories and the site for crucial cultural ceremonies. This is a perfect cabin for a family getaway or simply a relaxing stay. Endless hiking and 4-wheeling opportunities abound from the property. The award winning Mickelson Rail to Trail perfect for biking and Rapid Creek are within 6 miles. Roughly 35 - 45 minutes from Deadwood, Mt.Rushmore, and Crazy Horse. The closest town, the quaint Hill City, is 18 truly beautiful paved miles to the Southeast. Only 28 Miles from the ski slopes of Terry Peak and Lead, SD. Listen to the coyotes howl at dawn and dusk. The stars are simply amazing on a clear night including a spectacular view of the Milky Way!
