About this property
Marvelous, Art-Filled Loft with a Garden Terrace
Artistic Townhouse Loft with plenty of light Is a marvelous space that captures a lot of natural light throughout the double height windows. It’s a small museum and a oasis of plants in the middle of the city. A very eclectic style from Mexican artisanal pieces from Chiapas, Guatemala & Michoacan to Contemporary & Antique art and furniture from different time periods from around the globe. Published in Paper and Pate as: “Colorful Mexico City Home Featured by Nyde” happy to share the article.
* as of January 2026 a neighboring lot has started a construction. Preventive measure for dust have taken effect but there will be noise from 9-6pm and depending on the advanced of the construction it can me insignificant or significant :s
The Space: This is a contemporary modern town house with full view windows overlooking the wooden deck terrace. I decorated this house myself and its a very very eclectic style since i had to use some furniture that i inherited and started to collect some contemporary art pieces. We are very close to one of the biggest urban parks in Latin America and to some of the most important museums and art galleries.
Its a three story townhouse:
-Main entrance level: Two parking spots and the laundry room at the back of the garage
-1st level is the outdoor deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom
-2nd Level is the guest bedroom with full bathroom. The bedroom overlooks into the living room and has views to the outdoor area. Its also the TV Room and projection room
-3rd Level is the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.
I always receive my guests with a small bottle of mezcal so you can try out
Guest Access: You will have access to all of the house there are only a couple of doors that are locked since i keep my personal belongings in.
The Neighborhood: The apartment is in a hip neighborhood, steps away from an array of art galleries. Many shops, cafes, and resaturants are also nearby.San miguel Chapultepec is the coolest upcoming neighborhood its quiet and mostly residential which makes is safe and quiet but it has some of the best contemporary art galleries such as Kurimanzutto. There is free parking outside and parking inside. A few blocks from the metro station and strategically close to everything even the historical center.
Enjoy running at Chapultepec Park just a few blocks away and discover new hip restaurants and galleries at this local gem neighborhood, strategically close to Condesa, Roma, Polanco and even Lomas.
Getting Around: Use uber or oficial airport taxis to get to the house.
The house is walking distance to the metro station Juanacatalan. There are two Sitio taxi stations even though I recommend to use Cabify or Uber.
Other Things to Note: Its important you read the document I will send so you can move around easily
