Spacious separate quarters sleeps four! Non-smoking unit.

This property is very convenient to both downtown Little Rock and downtown Benton. It is approximately one mile from the Outlets of Little Rock and Bass Pro shop and great restaurants.

It is a spacious one bedroom with king bed and queen sofa bed. One bath with lots of room outside including front door parking. Laundry washer/dryer, kitchen with refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking utensils. WiFi, cable tv, central heat and air, bed and bath linens iron and ironing board are included.

Long term rentals are welcome.

Cute place. Kitchen and bath had plenty of extras included. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows we have ever had. Only issue was noisy roosters and chickens. We are used to them but others may not be. We would definitely return.

Perfect little Cottage!

The stay here was perfect and the owner was very communicative! They have the most adorable little sheep and chickens on the property as well. I will definitely be staying here again soon :)

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and rate it as good overall. The biggest advantage for us was the convenient location, as it was close to my sister’s house and made visiting family easy. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we encountered was a friendly black and white cat that tried to enter whenever we opened the door. Unfortunately, it also left a surprise on the hood of our car overnight. While this may not be a concern for everyone, it was an inconvenience for us.The property was clean and comfortable, but we did not care for the surrounding area. Overall, if proximity to this part of Little Rock is important to you, this rental offers a convenient and clean place to stay.

Nice little guest house/mother-in-law suite

We really enjoyed this cozy guest house. Close to downtown Little Rock and outlet mall for shopping. The owner was very pleasant and accomodating as we extended our stay while there. We'd definitely stay again and may in the future!

Perfect for our weekend in Little Rock! Very nice, clean and comfortable bed. Host was very attentive and even left us a huge watermelon in the fridge! Will book again.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, quiet and private from the main house. Perfect for us!

The property was immaculately clean and quiet with little extras to make our stay comfortable…coffee, popcorn, travel size toiletries, iron, and hairdryer just to name a few. The space was as described and Cynthia was responsive & pleasant to deal with. We’ll be back on our next trip to Arkansas, highly recommended.
