“A” Beachy Keen Cottage! Just Steps From Indian Rocks Beach!

This wonderful cottage is across the street from the public beach entrance, yet in a residential community. Fully Remodeled Early 2020...basically brand new! Offering two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a open spacious living room and kitchen. Private patio with Tables, Chairs, Huge Umbrella, shared Hot Tub, Grill, also offering Bicycles and Beach Chairs. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, and many other shops. Plus, walk half a block into the neighborhood to fabulous Kolb park with tennis, pickle ball, skateboard park, playground, basketball, or enjoy watching a baseball game. We request on-site renter to be a minimum 25 years of age. This wonderful like new location offers something for everyone and is sure to relax you, your family, and your friends!

The property exceeded my expectations! If I were to host a property, the decor and finishes are exactly what I would pick. The home was very clean, beautiful and well stocked. The kitchen was well appointed with pans and cooking utensils. It really had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to our families VRBO and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.

10/10 Just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos! The cottage had all of the comforts of home and more. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. We enjoyed riding the bikes through the neighborhood which was so adorable with old Florida charm. The location to the beach was just perfect, it was a very easy walk so you can pop back and forth. I wish we had more time to stay! Beds were comfortable and decor absolutely adorable! Loved it!

Paulas cottage was spotless. I wear white socks indoors, the truest test. It was very tastefully decorated, all of the amenities you could possibly need were there. Every pillow, and there were many, also linen and blankets, were of fine quality. A great location, closer to the beach than I thought, with a full supply of beach equipment and 2 nice bikes. Enjoy!!

I stay in this house was perfect . The house was very clean and well appointed top quality furniture and kitchen items. The only problem was the weather, but I don’t think VRBO can do anything about that will try again another time.

What a sweet cottage get away! So close to everything. You can literally walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and coffee shops! The host was wonderful and responded quickly! The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed!

This little slice of paradise is right across the street from world famous Indian Rocks Beach. Not only awesome beach property, but wonderful for sports enthusiasts. PickleBall, Tennis, Skateboard Park, Basketball, Fishing, Kayaking, Surfing, Boating...all within a couple blocks.

What makes this property unique

These fully updated cottages are loaded with nice “Extras”. Well stocked kitchens including spices and paper goods. Sleep Number King Bed in Master Bedroom. 2 Parking Spaces per Cottage. Washer/Dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Patio Furniture, Grill, and 11ft Umbrella on your patio. Enjoy the Hot Tub/Micro Pool...my own term for when its hot out and you turn down the temp in the hot tub to make it more comfortable, like a pool. Wonderful beach amenities, Including wagons with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and games like Corn hole. Your own private little home by the beach. We hope you’ll join us!
