20m2 studio for 2 people with small terrace and private garden and parasol, all equipped with modern .climatisé, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet (rated 3 stars by the Tourism Development Agency of Gironde)
separate entrance in a beautiful Arcachon, we go on foot to the beach is 300m and the city center we offer the market every day on a place called (instead of the Marquesas) with around its hawkers Walking Street with restaurants, nice shops, cinema, theater to entertain you during animations (beautiful evening of July 14 with fireworks) August 15 sea festival over 2 days, discover our small ports that can be done by bike (bike path for all around the basin) walks on the water with our boats, golf, and equestrian center for our walk in the forest, our little free bus drop off your request. (Payment checks accepted)

Un très bon accueil de Martine et Gaston.Avec de bons conseils pour profiter de la semaine.(restos,visites). Un appartement très bien placé, proche centre ville ,gare,plage.Tout se fait à pied,ou bus tout proche pour visiter les alentours.Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Rien ne manque!!Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. A refaire sans hésitation !

Un séjour parfait à Arcachon ! Le logement est d’une propreté impeccable, parfaitement équipé et très agréable à vivre. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont été au top du début à la fin : un accueil chaleureux, une excellente communication et de super conseils pour profiter du Bassin. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L’hébergement est très bien agencé, très fonctionnel et d’une propreté irréprochable. On s’y sent comme chez soi c’est très Cocooning Les hôtes sont très disponibles et d’une gentillesse incomparable Le logement est très proche du front de mer, du centre ville et aussi du parc Mauresque.Le séjour a été très très agréable à refaire avec grand plaisir. Appartement tres propre,tres bien équipé.Situation impeccable pour visiter et proche du centre ville pour les courses. Le stationnement gratuit devant l’Appartement n’est pas négligeable. Les hôtes sont super sympa et tres avenants. Logement à retenir.

Martine et Gaston sont de supers hôtes disponibles et à l’écoute. Studio en excellent état, très agréable, très bien équipé avec un lit escamotable avec un vrai matelas très confortable. Séjour parfait !!!accueil sympathique des propriétaires . le studio est très bien placé au calme et proche de tout à pieds stationnement gratuit et possible à toute heure. Nette kleine Wohnung

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung in Strandnähe (unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß), mit sehr netten Vermietern. Es gibt einen Tisch, um draußen zu essen. In der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden und es gibt einen guten Induktionsherd. Platz für Fahrräder ist auch da in einem abgeschlossenen Hof. Ein kleiner Besen hätte uns nach dem Strand noch geholfen - das war aber das einzige, was fehlte. Wir werden die Wohnung sicher wieder in Erwägung ziehen, wenn wir nochmal nach Arcachon kommen.

Tranquillité et convivialité

Amoureux de la région depuis l’enfance nous étions venus comme chaque année rechercher cet apaisement et ce coup de boost au moral que nous procure toujours le Bassin d’Arcachon ..Une nouvelle fois nous n’avons pas été déçus..nos hôtes étaient chaleureux et leur petit Studio à leur image ..Nous recommandons chaudement..
