Welcome back to Coral Beach!
This luxury home has been totally renovated and refurnished in 2025. From the quality quilts and linens on the beds to the furnishings throughout, nothing has been spared when decorating this home. It provides the comfort of ground level living and offers 3 bedrooms with its designated bathrooms which is ideal for traveling couples to share. The spacious kitchen with its oversize breakfast bar invites to start the morning together.
Relax in one of the sitting areas inside or on the large lanai that is overlooking the pool area.
This beautiful pool home comfortably accommodates six guests.

EXTERIOR

The outdoor space in this house is fabulous. The screened in patio invites you to relax in the shade while the 31 ft. by 14 ft. pool and spa offer plenty of sunshine. There is a wading area for the little ones to splash in the water. More sitting and lounge spots are provided to enjoy island life.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are four parking spots in the driveway.
There is video surveillance by the front entrance.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Wonderful Place for Family Memories

Home is beautifully appointed….as if interior designer was involved. Because it is a 1 level house, and totally open front to back…..everyone can be included no matter where they are.And then, there is the pool……

So charming and well appointed

We loved our stay! The house was amazing! It is decorated so cute and has a kitchen that is fully stocked with every utensil and appliance you could possibly need. Perfect for a family, we were close to the beach and some fun local hangouts. The screened-in porch and backyard pool are a dream. Best vacation ever, due to our wonderful accommodations!

Private Oasis

Just loved the house...spacious & accommodating....2 living rooms, one for the kids and the other for adults. Loved the pool. When showing pictures to people they thought we had to share it but it was our own to enjoy. Plenty of seats, tables and chaise lounges. Yard big enough for people who needed a little shade. Screened in porch was so comfortable & had 2 tables for dining outside without bugs to bother you. Master bedroom had king bed, large walk in closet and large walk in shower in bathroom. Lovely little island with gulf restaurants & fun tiki bars. Would surely rent again!

Great house and great neighborhood

Our first trip to the area and we were so pleasantly impressed! Everything was great for our whole group - 7 of us fit comfortably in the house. Quiet neighborhood, walkable, great shops and restaurants. House was perfect- it had everything we needed. The beach supplies were so great - we didn’t have to buy anything extra. It would have been nice to have more bath and beach towels in the house, but it just meant more laundry. Not a huge inconvenience. We found the coffee maker was broken and the team from Duncan replaced it within a couple hours, just after a simple text! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful Coral Beach!

Great house! Perfect location! Pool was exquisite! Staff was uber responsive and helpful! A few recommendations: more hooks both inside (bathrooms) and outside (pool area) for towels, bathing suits, etc.; washing machine spin cycle has a very low capacity; dish washer not functional, a few tiles around hot tub are loose or missing; TV in sitting area not functional (there is a detached cable next to the the TV but it still doesn't work when you connect it); inconsistent internet connection occasionally. None of these listed were a major problem for our stay, but may be corrected for the next family. Would 100% stay in this house again and would rate it as one of the very best that we stayed in thus far. Thank you!

A good family stay

The house is convenient and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area can accommodate a family of 4-5. The pool nice and the best feature! The furnishings are a bit old and worn out and we noticed some window screens were torn. We had a good time overall!

Great location

This house is conveniently located and the master bed and bath seemed to be recently remodeled. However, the kitchen sink did have a noticeable moldy smell especially underneath. If you are prone to mold allergies this house would not be for you. The outside door jams and 2nd bath also had mold build up that probably could have been taken care of with a quick spray and wipe....Duncan Reality was excellent to work with.

What a great experience! We had a blast! Perfect location close to the beach and the house had everything we needed and more! And the pool was the perfect addition to keep the kids busy!
