Open-concept living in the heart of all that Phoenix has to offer. With over 1500 square feet, this spacious home can accommodate six guests comfortably. It's perfect for your family gathering or for visiting nurses and traveling business people who want the comfort and space a hotel can’t provide. The private, heated pool is great for relaxing after a long day, and outdoor dining under the pergola is the perfect setting to watch the famous Phoenix sunsets.
Situated in Uptown, you'll be close to so many sites that make Phoenix unique. Quick access to highway SR 51, one of Phoenix's North/South highway corridors. Less than a mile from Camelback Colonnade (Home of Nordstrom's Last Call), and only two miles from Biltmore Fashion Park. Close to numerous restaurants on 7th St (Culinary Dropout, Stock, and Stable). The Vig Uptown and the Phoenix City Grill are mere blocks away, on 16th Street. Five miles from Grand Canyon University, the Phoenix Art Museum, and multiple golf courses. With a fifteen-minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport, your arrival and departure travel will be a breeze.
Three bedrooms - one king, one queen, and one with two twins. All linens and towels provided - including pool towels. Amenities include a Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet Access, a TV in the living room with access to Local Stations, and Streaming Content. Prepare a delicious meal in the comfort of our well-equipped kitchen, stocked with all the necessary appliances. Full Kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, coffeemaker, blender, crockpot, and dishes to serve 8.
There is a Casita (small studio) in the backyard, which is not available to rent. The owners may or may not be there. Guests will have the main house all to yourselves. Enjoy your time in this stylish retreat!
