This place was perfect for my daughter's bachelorette stay. It was plenty big enough for our group. It is so convenient to downtown, and we could walk to everything. We had the best time!
This house was the perfect spot for our family gathering of 11 people. The entertaining space was great and the kitchen had everything we need. Great location that was walking distance to everything we wanted, but far enough off King Street to be peaceful at all times of day.
What a great property. But even better the hosts! This was a complete home run for us. The location is great. We walked everywhere in historic Charleston. Inside the home, the hosts had more than we expected in terms of creature comforts, too. The historic and modern meet here!
There were 8 of us in Charleston for a wedding and we had a great stay at this beautiful location. The house was in great order and perfect for the 8 of us. Plenty of beds/baths for all. The hosts Miki and Chuck were great. Easy and quick check in and they got back to us quickly when we had any questions. Great location made it easy to walk to many restaurants, shops and bars.
We had three families stay at this well located and perfectly allocated house. We loved how the bedrooms were spread across the house and the common areas were large enough for our entire group to gather. We walked everywhere from the house and when our "senior" member got tired toward the end of the day, a short Uber ride was readily available. There are more restaurants and watering holes within walking distance than you would ever be able to visit. I cannot say enough about Mike and Chuck and how responsive and flexible they were. As the planner, they alleviated any trip related stresses. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
The place was exactly as advertised and was the perfect set up for us to host a 12-person bachelor trip. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the location was great for getting around and exploring Charleston.
We had an absolutely fabulous stay here. We came for a bachelorette party and the location was amazing. Everything was clean and the space was perfect for our group of 8. There was more than enough room and it could easily accommodate more than 8. I would highly, highly recommend to anyone traveling and wanting to stay in downtown Charleston.

The property was beautiful with both historical charm and modern amenities. Ms. Miki met in person and went through all of the property's amenities, going through how they worked, etc. and got to meet my family as well. We were in town for my niece's wedding and had rented space for 12 of us. The location was walking distance to many fantastic cafes and restaurants plus a quick ride to Market Street and the historic area. I would recommend this property to anyone because Ms. Miki and Mr. Chuck were wonderful hosts and were very responsive if we ever needed anything
The house was very comfortable for the 10 of us in town for a family wedding. It is in a central location and it more than served our needs. We are grateful for such a hospitable place that made things easier for us, one less thing we had to worry about.

Miki and husband Chuck moved to the Charleston area 10 years ago. We both thoroughly enjoy spending time downtown and around the Charleston area.
Chuck is originally from Florida and Miki from West Virginia. Previously to moving to Charleston, they spent 20 years in the Washington, DC area. Miki in the health care marketing and management industry and Chuck in the printing and marketing solutions industry. Wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the Metro area and the colder weather, we chose Charleston!
Since moving here we have been involved with restoring , renovating and managing downtown properties.
We love walking around the city looking at the various architectual designs of historical buildings, eating at the amazing resturants, or taking in a festival or special event. On warm days you can find us on our boat with our two sons Ryan and Alec or at the beach. And of course, there are the Citadel football and basketball games. which we can't miss since Chuck was a graduate of the Citadel.

Our renovation of this property was a labor of love and our goal was to transform it into a cozy comfortable home with modern appliances and comfort while still maintaining the historical Charleston feel.
