Everything about the place was exactly as described, if not better. The thoughtfulness in the layout and design for couples and families with small kids was terrific. Everything was well stocked and if somehow you forgot something, it was here. The hot tub is excellent and the house is very clean. We'll definitely stay again.

Fantastic 2 nights for a solo traveler. House is spotless and well stocked. Coffee is ready to go. The bed upstairs was very comfortable and the entire property is quiet, in part due to the very quiet street it fronts on.My two night stay was perfect. Easy walk to Hopkins med, Patterson Park and two fun bars mere steps away.

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was awesome, attentive and quick to respond. Its a great location and the owner really thought of everything one might need during their stay. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location host is awesome. The ac unit went out on me and within less then 24 hours of me speaking with him about the ac situation he had a new ac unit in the building. Parking can be rough but I was always able to park every night without major issues. The community is awesome great food location around as well as can use Uber Eats/Doordash if needed. Only got to use the hot tub once but was amazing for my muscles and I felt Re-energized immediately after use.

Perfect city life

Brandon's property was a perfect fit for us - clean, efficient, plenty of amenities, and most of all close to Family and a great urban experience. It's a perfect fit for a couple and has all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us to Baltimore.

Very nice and comfortable property for 2. Super clean,modern and well stocked. Located on what I would call an alleyway but that’s common in this neighborhood.Felt very safe .

Butchers Hill Haven

We had a fantastic home. After many VRBO stays, hands down, this was the most accommodating. The home was charming, clean, and extremely well appointed. We loved it. In addition, Brandon was an attentive host, checking in to see if needed anything. Overall, a great stay!

Loved our stay here!

My son and I stayed three nights at this property. It was one of the best VRBO bookings we have done. It was perfect for the two of us. So clean, and had everything we needed. Our host, Brandon, has thought of everything. He was also super helpful, and communicated with us before, during, and after our trip. Can’t get any better. We will look forward to returning again!
