Our Cabin on the Cove is nestled up high on a hill overlooking beautiful Lake Catherine. It is set on a spacious lot in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful sunset view. The Cabin on the Cove is a quick 8 miles from Central Avenue and 9 miles from the convention center or Summit Arena. The cabin's short distance from restaurants, Oaklawn racetrack, Silks Casino and shopping makes it an ideal location for your trip to Hot Springs. The cabin includes a boat dock and has a private boat ramp that is for neighborhood use only. So bring your boat, floats and fishing poles for your stay at The Cabin on the Cove!

Great little cabin!!

This poperty is nestled in a quite neighborhood in a cove. We saw several fishing on and around the pier, looked like they were catching bass.

Cozy cabin getaway

Really cute and comfy cabin. Nice decor. Small but quaint and perfect for 2 but could have easily brought along our kids. We took many walks around the little neighborhood that was very quiet and peaceful. We will have to come back when the weather is warm.

Hot Springs

Property in quiet neighborhood, not isolated as expected. Kitchen very well stocked with staples, condiments, bowls, pots and pans. Fifteen minute access to Hot Springs. Recommend Lake Degray for nice beach swimming, and Charlton Recreation Area for cold creek swimming. Gangster Museum was an interesting background story of Hot Springs! Relaxing vacation.

From the moment we walked in, this cabin felt like home. It’s beautifully decorated and has a great floor plan. My husband and I enjoyed the deck and our daughter loved going up and down the stairs and going to the dock. We are planning to book this cabin yearly and my husband semi-joked/semi-seriously said he wondered if the owners would sell the cabin to us.

Amazing, clean place to stay!

This was the perfect place! Close enough to get to activities but far enough to enjoy the quietness of nature. The cabin was so cute and cozy, felt very peaceful and you can tell very maintained and always clean! It’s hard to find a place like this where you instantly feel at home, but this is the place. My husband and I stayed here for a trip before our first baby and we will be back. I can’t rave enough about helpful the owners were and how clean the cabin was which was the one thing I was concerned with on booking. I’m so impressed and will be sending friends and family!

Mother/Daughter Trip - Amazing!

This cabin was PERFECT!! Quiet setting on the water! We enjoyed the shady area in back with a fire in the fire pit and the balcony in back overlooking the grounds with a view of the water was wonderful. Very clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. Great location, being close to shopping and everything we had scheduled...….zip lines, BathRow, Mtn Tower, Anthony Chapel/Gardens. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us! My daughter and I had an amazing three days!

Fabulous Cabin!

This cabin was just perfect! It was one of the most well stocked VRBOs we have ever stayed in! Lots of sweet touches here and there. The cabin was very clean and decorated well. Our two kiddos went with us and they LOVED the upstairs room. The stairs a tad steep so I wouldnt recommend that room for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs (I'm picturing my elderly mother) but there's a nice full size bed downstairs! We will definitely be back. The owner was very accommodating and gracious. We loved every minute of it.

Cozy gathering space

The property suited us perfectly. My wife and I were traveling with 3 small kids so the two beds, 1 bath was more than adequate. We really thought the upstairs bedroom was ideal. There’s one full or queen ned with two twins on either side that was perfect for our kids. Booking, arrival and departure couldn’t be easier. Newer TV allowed us to ApplePlay some shows for the kids while we prepared dinner. Overall the house was very clean with only a few minor updates needed. The value was great! Of minor note, I wish the fire pit area was better structured. The fire pit itself was a shallow ring of rocks so I was afraid a spark or errant flame might catch the surrounding leaves on fire. I also had to clean all the fallen leaves and wet, burnt remains out of the pit. There was wood supplied which was great but it was also wet so hard to start a fire. Also the back could only be accessed by going around the house as there was no access to the outdoor space from inside. These are minor however, and our stay was perfect!

Great Stay just Noisy Neighbors on the Weekend

Everything was amazing and the pictures definitely does not does this place any justice. Neighbors were a little noisy on Friday and Saturday night but it didnt last beyond 11:00pm. We would definitely stay here again.
